The erstwhile Acting-Director General of National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ambassador Mohammed Dauda is up in arms against Ambassador Babagana Kingibe.
He is angry. He is supported in solidarity by NIA directors, whose closely knit family and fraternity was shattered by Ambassador Kingibe’s greed, intruding their exclusive space with the sole intention to pounce on the agency’s vault.
According to EFCC’s source, which was not made public, the NIA directors had been corroborating Amb. Dauda’s accusations.
According to their reports, Kingibe lacks, in the first place, the necessary skills to head the presidential panel, because he had never been a professional intelligence officer, either by training or practice and has no idea or knowledge of intelligence tradecraft.

According to NIA report, ‘Angela’, the lady in question was alleged to have collected the sum of $70,000 on the instruction of Ambassador Kingibe as the chairman of Presidential Review Panel (PRP). She was introduced to Kingibe by the chairman of Bulet International, Alhaji Ismaila Isa Funtua in London.
‘Angela’s’ primary role is to arrange for “services and other concupiscence needs” of the trio — Kingibe, Abba Kyari and Ismaila Isa Funtua, the report concluded.
Angela’s true identity is Ngozi Priscilla Okeke. She hails from Delta State. She currently resides in London.
