Sokoto state governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has felicitated with his Plateau state counterpart, Simon Bako Lalong over his attainment of the age of 57.
In a statement signed by governor’s Special Adviser Media and Publicity, Muhammad Bello, said, Governor Tambuwal described Mr Lalong “is a good man and a lover of peace,” who had steered the affairs of his state and that of the Northern Governors Forum with selfless passion and dedication.
“No doubt God has kept you in good shape and frame of mind so that you will continue to render quality service to the good people of your state and the North in general,” Tambuwal indicated.
“My dear brother, you are an embodiment of humility and your giant strides in delivering good governance to your people will forever be cherished,” the governor added.
“As you celebrate this advancement in your age, I pray to God to continue to bless you with wisdom, strength and intelligence to contribute more to national peace, unity and stability.
“On behalf of myself, my family and the good people of Sokoto state, I wish you a very happy birthday and many more to come,” the governor stated.
